I dealt with Amy who was very knowledgeable. I was changing from manual to automatic and she carefully led me through the process on my test drive. I tried two cars , one they had on the forecourt , the other they sourced from their Hamilton branch for me which was extremely convenient for me to have to visit one centre rather than two. My service was excellent and would highly recommend Amy and definitely will buy from there again. She has since made a follow up call to check I was happy with everything which I am.
